Refund & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Crack School Exams. Before enrolling in any course, students and their parents/guardians are requested to carefully read this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
At the time of admission, a copy of the Refund Policy for Admissions is provided in both English and Hindi. By signing the admission form, making payment, or digitally accepting these terms, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy.
1. Cancellation of Admission
Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit a cancellation request through the official communication channels of Crack School Exams. Cancellation requests will be considered only in accordance with the applicable admission and refund policy.
2. Cancellation After Course Access
Once access to the student portal, mobile application, learning dashboard, live classes, recorded lectures, mock tests, PDFs, e-books, or any other digital learning resources has been provided, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund. Applicable charges for the services already provided may be deducted before processing any eligible refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests shall be processed strictly in accordance with the Refund Policy applicable at the time of admission. Eligibility for a refund will be determined after considering the services already delivered and the resources made available to the student.
4. Digital Services
Charges for digital products and services, including online classes, recorded lectures, study materials, mock tests, PDFs, e-books, student portal access, and other digital resources, may be deducted from the amount paid before processing any eligible refund.
5. Course Information
Crack School Exams makes every reasonable effort to provide complete and accurate information regarding its courses, features, and services on its official website and admission materials. No claim shall be entertained for any feature or service that is not expressly mentioned therein.
6. Fee Payments
Students opting for installment-based payment plans must ensure that each installment is paid on or before its due date. Delayed payments may attract late payment charges and may also result in temporary suspension of course access.
7. Non-Payment
Failure to pay the outstanding fees within the prescribed time may result in suspension or cancellation of access to online classes, study materials, and other learning resources without prior notice.
8. Technical Issues
Crack School Exams shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or transaction failures caused by payment gateways, banks, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, technical errors, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Student Requirements
Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and using a compatible smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer to access online classes and digital learning resources.
10. Account & Content Usage
Course access, login credentials, recorded lectures, study materials, PDFs, mock tests, and all other educational resources are intended solely for the enrolled student. Sharing, copying, recording, downloading, reproducing, distributing, or selling any course content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, along with legal action where applicable.
11. Processing of Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original mode of payment or any other method deemed appropriate by Crack School Exams. The processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, banking institution, and applicable procedures.
12. Final Decision
All decisions made by Crack School Exams regarding admissions, cancellations, refunds, fee adjustments, course access, disciplinary actions, and interpretation of this policy shall be final and binding on the student and parent/guardian.
