1. Admission

Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable course fee. Crack School Exams reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any admission request at its sole discretion.

2. Course Access

Access to live classes, recorded lectures, study materials, mock tests, PDFs, and the student dashboard is provided exclusively to the enrolled student. Course access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with any third party.

3. Fee Payment

Course fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan. Installment payments, where applicable, must be made on or before the due date. Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of course access until all outstanding dues are cleared.

4. Refunds

Any refund request will be processed strictly in accordance with the Refund Policy of Crack School Exams. Where applicable, charges for digital content, recorded lectures, study materials, mock tests, platform access, or other services may be deducted before processing an eligible refund.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to attend classes regularly, maintain respectful conduct, use only their own login credentials, and complete assignments and mock tests honestly. Any misuse of the platform may result in disciplinary action.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, notes, PDFs, mock tests, assignments, presentations, and other educational resources, is the exclusive intellectual property of Crack School Exams.

Copying, recording, downloading, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or selling any course material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Account Security

Each student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without any refund.

8. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible smartphone, tablet, or computer with updated software required to access online classes.

Crack School Exams shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused by internet issues, device malfunctions, software incompatibility, or third-party technical failures.

9. Class Recordings

Live classes may be recorded for educational, quality assurance, and academic purposes. By attending these sessions, students consent to such recordings.

10. Student Conduct

Students must maintain a respectful learning environment at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Misconduct towards faculty, staff, or fellow students.

• Use of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language.

• Disrupting live classes or online sessions.

• Cheating, impersonation, or any unfair academic practice.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of course access without refund.

11. Course Updates

Crack School Exams reserves the right to modify course content, faculty, schedules, study materials, platform features, or other academic resources whenever necessary to improve the learning experience or for operational reasons.

12. Liability

While Crack School Exams is committed to providing quality educational services, we do not guarantee success in any examination. Student performance depends on individual preparation, dedication, attendance, and consistent effort.

13. Privacy

All personal information collected during registration or course enrollment is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose personal information except where required by applicable law or with the user’s consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

15. Acceptance

By enrolling in a course, making a payment, or accessing any service provided by Crack School Exams, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
